   – Full payment for any activity is due upon booking.

   – Failure to pay the full amount at least two (2) days before the activity may result in cancellation.

   – No refunds for cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the activity’s commencement.

   – Failure to arrive at the designated location by the specified departure time constitutes a cancellation.

6. Discretionary Changes:

   – We may cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity with or without notice at our sole discretion.

   – Delays or cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control (e.g., weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions, force majeure).
